What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between our technical and sales teams, ensuring that potential clients fully understand the value and technical capabilities of our solutions. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales success, supporting client engagements, and shaping our product’s positioning in the market

Skills and Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Familiarity with Kenmei’s ADELE platform
  • Strong understanding of 4G/5G technologies: Radio access networks (RAN), core networks, protocols (LTE, 5G NR), network slicing…
  • Strong understanding of mobile networks different team functions, network optimization and tools
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts: Supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering).
  • Ability to understand CSP telecom challenges and design and propose solutions based on Kenmei Product and services.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud computing
  • Willing to respond with RFP/RFI processes and technical proposal writing.
  • Willing to experience with software demonstration, technical consulting, or solution designCoordination of internal activities (product owner, R&D, support, project management, sales, etc) to build technical proposals that meet customer requirements.


Desired

  • Proficiency in scripting or basic programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data analytics, AI/ML applications in telecom, or cloud-based solutions.
  • Knowledge of similar solutions from competitors

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What would you be responsible for?


  • Technical Consultation:

Act as the technical point of contact for the sales team during the pre-sales process.

Understand client requirements and tailor technical solutions based on Kenmei product and services that align with their requirements.


  • Product Demonstrations:

Conduct compelling product demos to showcase the capabilities and benefits of ADELE and other Kenmei solutions.

Develop customized demonstrations and proof-of-concepts based on client-specific scenarios.


  • Solution Design:

Collaborate with clients to understand technical solutions that meet their unique needs, integrating Kenmei products into their existing environments.

Prepare and present solution proposals, architecture designs, and technical documentation.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the project manager , product owner , engineering, and support teams to ensure client requirements are effectively communicated, addressed and delivered

Provide feedback to the product team on market trends and customer needs to drive continuous improvement.


  • Sales Support:

Support the sales team by responding to RFPs/RFIs, creating technical presentations, and preparing technical content for proposals.

Assist in defining the scope and objectives of technical engagements to ensure successful delivery.


  • Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.

Address client queries, concerns, and objections with clear, concise, and technically sound response
