What you'll do
- Optimizing 3G/4G/5G networks in a tier-1 MNO
- Solving advance customer complaints using multiple datasources
- Define baselines and good practices in mobile networks
- Loading changes in the network and performing assessments
- Delivering results to the client
What you'll bring
Required
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar position.
- Bachelor´s degree in Telecommunications or related technical degree.
- Deep Knowledge in 3G/4G/5G NSA technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network optimization issues
- Advanced network configuration skills (manually, scripting…)
- Experience working with OSS tools from Ericsson & Huawei vendors
- Experience working with and correlating multiple data sources: PM Counters, Call Traces, Probes, Crowdsourcing, Drive Test…
- Good communication in English (Written and spoken)
Bonus points for experience with:
- 5G SA technology knowledge
- Experience in network optimization based on Signalling Flows
- Bussiness Intelligent tools (Tableau, Power BI, Microstrategy…)
